MEET DEBORAH
Deborah grew up watching her parents, both public school teachers, make each paycheck count by filling the pantry, paying the heating bill, and still sharing whatever was left with neighbors in need.
They taught her how to live on little and still give plenty to others.
She never forgot those lessons…
when the opportunity came to serve District 8, Deborah STEPPED UP.
In 2007, Deborah chose South Scottsdale to raise her family.
She navigated parent-teacher nights after double shifts, built her small business after bedtime stories, paid bills at the kitchen table, and still knocked doors to organize her neighbors.
When others said it couldn’t be done, she built the South Scottsdale Democrats Club anyway.
When political insiders dismissed her organizing power, she flipped legislative seats anyway.
And when the opportunity came to serve District 8 in the Arizona State House, Deborah walked through that door not alone, but with her community beside her.
WHAT IS DEBORAH DOING NOW?
Deborah Nardozzi’s leadership is bigger than claiming a seat at the table. It's about building that table together, gathering neighbors around it, and sharing ideas, solutions, and the work it takes to move us all forward.
Now, she’s taking her local organizing and State House experience to the fight for fully funded classrooms, housing working families can afford, and childcare parents can count on straight to the State Senate.
